ZXK series of resistance and rotation type material level controller is widely used in modern industrial production process and storage department. Used in the open type container in the powder and granular material, material level monitoring or control.

working principle

The rotary material level controller adopts the flight control principle, measurement of contact material. When no material bins in the leaf position, material level controller is electrified, the electric motor, rotating blades; when material bins in the leaf position leaves the hindered rotation conversion of the control signals, along with disconnected data bits for motor power, the state has been maintained to leaf position without material, material position controller automatically reset, motor power supply is switched on, blade starts to rotate, the switching of the control signal.
